It supports automatic speed negotiation in the 10/100/1000 Mbps range, and the Auto MDI/MDIX function eliminates the need for crossover cables. In addition, the 802.3X Flow Control protocol provides efficient data flow control. Installation of the device is quick and hassle-free, and the Plug & Play function enhances user convenience.
