Want an easy way to turn your ordinary curtains into smart curtains? The Curtain U Rail 3 SwitchBot system will help you do that! All you have to do is attach it to the rail (type U) and pair it with a dedicated app. Once you do this, you will gain the ability to remotely control your curtains using your smartphone. You also have the Touch & Go function at your disposal. You can also control the product with a SwitchBot Remote (not included) or a voice assistant (when paired with a separately available control panel).
Smart curtains effortlessly
Experience how little it takes to make your curtains smart. Simply add the Curtain U Rail 3 system to the app, then mount the device and calibrate it according to the instructions displayed on your smartphone screen. If you have double curtains, you will need 2 switches. When installing the modules, make sure their position matches what the app shows. What's more, the Curtain U Rail 3 system is distinguished by its lifting capacity of up to 16 kg. It will even handle heavy curtains without a problem!
Convenient control
Are you already lying in a comfortable bed, but forgot to close the windows? That's not a problem - if you're using SwitchBot, all you have to do is reach for your phone! Now you can conveniently control your curtains using the app. What's more, a small SwitchBot Remote is available for sale separately, which also allows you to control the system remotely.
Additional capabilities with the app
The SwitchBot app will not only allow you to cover and uncover your windows, but also provide convenient access to a number of interesting functions. With its help, for example, you can set a work schedule (up to 5, and if you have a hub in addition, any number). It is also possible to set the system to pull the curtains with a delay. A Light Sensor (Beta) function is also available. It allows the device to adjust its operation depending on the prevailing lighting conditions.
Touch & Go function
Even once you've installed your SwitchBot system, you'll probably still reflexively try to close the windows manually. With such situations in mind, the Touch & Go function was created - when the device detects that you are pulling the curtain, it will automatically start pulling it for you. Let it do the work for you and enjoy more comfort in your home!
Different modes of operation
The Curtain U Rail 3 system shows operation with a volume of less than or equal to 42 dB. However, if you want them to move slower and quieter, use the quiet mode, which generates sound below 25 dB. This will be an ideal option for people who struggle with sleep disorders or for those who are sensitive to noise. What's more, this system exhibits a long lifespan, as it can serve you for up to 8 months on a full charge! In addition, you can charge it with a dedicated solar panel, which you can find in a separate sale.
With the SwitchBot Hub Mini control panel you can do even more
Do you care about additional capabilities? Combine the Curtain Motor SwitchBot U Rail 2 system with the SwitchBot Hub Mini (sold separately) and get convenient access to additional functions! For example, you can now control the device with voice commands - it is compatible with Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant, and supports Siri Shortcuts. The product also works with IFTTT and SmartThings. It's also possible to automate its operation and connect it with other equipment from the SwitchBot ecosystem.
