The SONOFF SNZB-05P sensor is a state-of-the-art solution that provides early leak detection and protection for your home from flooding. Thanks to the use of gold-plated corrosion-resistant probes and IP67-rated design, the device is extremely durable and reliable even in harsh conditions. Combined with the ZigBee 3.0 protocol and a 5-year CR2477 battery life, the sensor guarantees peace of mind and long-lasting performance without the need for frequent battery replacement.
Protection against costly damage
Water can cause tremendous damage to your home - from weakening the building's structure to developing mold that threatens the health of your household members. With the SONOFF SNZB-05P sensor, you can instantly detect any leaks: from HVAC leaks in the attic to basement flooding caused by heavy rainfall. The device effectively monitors not only standard areas, but also hard-to-reach areas, detecting water levels as low as 0.5 mm thanks to its raised probe design.

The SONOFF SNZB-05P sensor features a concave water-collecting design that enables precise detection of even the smallest droplets. An optional probe cable provides both wide-range monitoring and accurate inspection of selected locations. This is ideal for detecting leaks from freezing pipes, leaking washing machines or aging water heaters.

With an IP67 rating, the sensor is resistant to dust and brief immersion in water, ensuring reliable operation in damp basements, bathrooms or kitchens. High-quality UV-resistant materials protect the device from fading, ensuring long-lasting aesthetics and functionality. In addition, the gold-plated probes undergo salt testing for 48 hours for excellent corrosion resistance.
Smart notifications and local scenes
The SONOFF SNZB-05P offers a variety of notifications, including: the eWeLink app (push notifications), an audible alarm via a ZigBee gateway, or email notifications (with an eWeLink Advanced subscription). The sensor reports a leak every 10 minutes, eliminating the risk of missed notifications with an unstable network. With local ZigBee scenes, it can trigger an audible alarm from the ZigBee gateway, even in the event of a Wi-Fi network failure, ensuring maximum protection for your property.
Compatibility with smart home systems
The sensor works with a wide range of platforms, such as Amazon Alexa, Google Home, SmartThings, and IFTTT.
