The ULTENIC T20 Pro Cleaning Robot is a versatile 3-in-1 device that vacuums and mops, helping to keep both hard floors and carpets clean. It features suction power of up to 8,000 Pa, intelligent 360° LiDAR navigation, an AI Vision system for obstacle detection, an automatic dustbin-emptying station with a 3.5-liter capacity, and the ability to save up to 5 floor maps. A long runtime of up to 180 minutes, control via a mobile app and voice assistants, the ability to create schedules, set no-go zones, and customize settings for each room make daily cleaning virtually hands-free.

8,000 Pa of suction power for everyday and tough dirt

The motor, with suction power of up to 8,000 Pa, effectively removes dust, sand, crumbs, and pet hair from various types of floors. The robot performs well on laminate, tile, and hardwood floors as well as on carpets, eliminating the need for multiple devices for different surfaces. The manufacturer has also included a TurboBoost mode, which, upon detecting a carpeted surface, increases suction power by up to 300% compared to standard mode, allowing for more effective removal of dirt from carpet fibers.

Three cleaning modes in one device

The ULTENIC T20 Pro combines vacuuming, mopping, and simultaneous vacuuming and mopping, allowing you to tailor your cleaning method to your current needs. The device can vacuum and mop at the same time, function solely as a mop, or serve as a classic vacuum cleaner. A 250-ml water tank and three-level water flow control allow you to select the appropriate amount of water for the type of floor, facilitating effective cleaning without leaving excessive moisture.

Automatic dustbin emptying

Once its cleaning cycle is complete, the robot automatically returns to the docking station, where it empties its dustbin. The docking station features a 3.5-liter tank, which reduces the frequency of emptying to as little as over 10 weeks with standard use. A multi-stage filtration system traps up to 99.7% of allergens, helping to minimize the resuspension of dust particles during emptying.

Intelligent LiDAR navigation and precise obstacle avoidance

The LiDAR system is responsible for the robot’s precise navigation; it scans rooms in a 360° range and creates detailed maps of them. This allows the device to plan an efficient cleaning route, navigate around furniture, and prevent itself from falling down stairs. Additionally, the AI Vision system detects obstacles as low as 17 mm, while the side-mounted laser system monitors the space within a range of up to 30 cm, helping the robot more efficiently navigate around items left on the floor, such as toys, cords, or shoes.

Custom Settings for Each Room

Using the app, users can create separate cleaning settings for individual rooms. It is possible to specify the suction power level, water flow rate, number of passes, and cleaning mode for each room separately. The Matrix Cleaning feature and intelligent route planning ensure that the robot evenly covers the cleaning area and minimizes missed spots.

Support for multiple maps and no-go zones

The robot can save up to five independent maps, making it ideal for multi-level homes. In the app, you can name rooms, set virtual walls, and create No-Go zones that the device will not cross. This feature makes it easy to protect areas with cables, pet bowls, rugs, or other spots that need to be skipped during cleaning.

Control via the app and voice assistants

The ULTENIC T20 Pro is controlled via a mobile app that allows you to start the robot from anywhere, change settings, and monitor its progress. You can also create cleaning schedules in the app and use a convenient widget on your smartphone screen. The robot is compatible with Amazon Alexa, Google Home, and Apple Siri, allowing you to activate selected functions via voice commands as well.

Up to 180 minutes of runtime and automatic return to the charging station

The high-capacity battery allows for up to 180 minutes of runtime, which, according to the manufacturer, is enough to clean an area of up to 200 m² on a single charge. When the battery level drops, the robot automatically returns to the docking station, recharges, and then resumes cleaning from where it left off. This ensures that even larger apartments and homes can be thoroughly cleaned without the need for manual intervention.

Quiet Operation and Compact Dimensions

While operating, the robot generates noise at a level of approximately 60 dB, so it can clean even while household members are working or resting. Its low profile of just 97 mm makes it easy to maneuver under many beds, sofas, and cabinets, where dust often accumulates. The robot itself has a diameter of 320 mm, while the docking station measures 215 × 180 × 269 mm, so it doesn’t take up much space and can be conveniently placed against a wall.
